Nacre

Nacre, Mother superior of the Pearl Abby. Pearl Abby accepts all gems, offering sanctuary for any gem who needs it. All she asks is that if you have the ability to, you help others in whatever way you can. Nacre is kind and loving but often seems distant,  some say that she has the ability to feel the pain of gems and organics and that's what created such a soft heart in her. Nacre is herself not very big in stature for a gem, topping out at only six foot 10 inches but what she lacks in height she makes up with in sheer force of will and personality. She is sweet, but slightly cold when you first meet her, somewhat stressed but painfully good at what she does once you get to know her.

Nacre has the standard pearl powers of storage in her gem and making holograms, with a slight variation. Nacre can touch another's gem and relive the powerful memories there in and share vise versa. She has mixed feelings about this, when she served under White Diamond she considered it a defect that none could ever learn about, but now at the Abby it makes things easier for some. Nacre can give them fragments of peaceful memories and take a bit of painful memories in return. She can't take all of it, but she can remove a touch of the sting.

Nacre expects those at the Abby to help how they can. Cleaning the halls, getting communications to other rebel groups, helping nurse and heal cracked or injured gems and for those who are able, being sent to help rescue others with the help of the more warrior pearls. Nacre can't physically summon a weapon, she never learned but she's been know to take up a rapier sword if need be.
